As an independent local business it’s a great place to take your business. Not just because of the low prices on authentic designer frames—their customer service is legendary!

True story: 8 years ago my car was stolen with my purse in it. The thieves came into Quality looking to order replacement lenses for my glasses (because they were *that* cool). Penny recognized my frames, checked the rx, and confirmed they were mine. She then proceeded to offer the villains another frame— on her!—in order to get my glasses back to their rightful owner.

You don’t find that at Target’s optical counter.

“I've been coming to Knight Vision for a few years now and have been very pleased with their services. They have a nicely remodeled office on the corner of 73rd and Greenfield Ave. with free street parking (yay- West Allis)! I switched to Knight Vision after lack of care and attention at the national chain eye locations. Each doctor here I've seen is through and takes the time to answer any questions I have. The staff does a nice job to get you in and out in a timely manner. I don't believe walk-ins are allowed but they do a great job of answering phones. Now they are apart of 'my eye dr' and you can make appointments online which is nice and convenient!“

I was able to get an appointment within a few days(main delay was me) and I had a great experience from start to finish. I got checked in with friendly staff and then i had several tests to ensure I had the right prescription. I then had the challenge of finding the right glasses and options for me. Through everything Fiona was there helping me while also making everything fun and light hearted. Changed something that I was dreading to something I actually enjoyed.
