10/10 would recommend, accidentally sat on my glasses the night before and they lovely staff fixed them for me same day, incredible as I'd literally rather die than have to go around wearing my old frames. And all for no charge at all, I felt bad that I couldn't pay her for her work so instead take my word for it and see the lovely ladies that work here. Thank you so much!!

Their motto should be "Perfection at a Price."Most of my clothes come from Goodwill or Target, but when it came time to put something on my FACE, I decided to go for the gold. After asking around, I went to Optix. I had red frames in mind, but they didn't have exactly what I pictured. Actually, they had something in red PRETTIER than what I'd pictured. They were also extremely lightweight, a big consideration given that I need progressive lenses--basically, trifocals but without the separation marks. The price was a heart-stopping $985...but then the friendly, efficient guy who was helping me asked if I had vision insurance. When I said no, the price dropped to $785....read full review

They saved my vision! I can’t say enough good things about Optix on Downer. Their staff got me in last minute on a Saturday to see Dr. McGinley when I had an eye infection emergency. I was amazed at the care I received even though I wasn’t an established patient. Dr. McGinley answered my questions throughout the day after the appointment and even gave me a referral to a specialist for the following Monday- the specialist said that the action Dr. McKinley took was critical to my recovery from the infection. The customer service was outstanding especially since I had to bring my two year old with me that morning. THANK YOU!
