I had to find a new optometrist with my move and I walked past this one near my neighborhood several times. I was a little afraid it would be snooty but nope. I have NEVER had this much FUN getting a new prescription and lenses!Super, super, super nice everybody and the BEST covid precautions! You're met at the locked entrance and they make sure you are wearing a mask correctly. You get a squirt if sanitizer as soon as you walk in. Everything is sanitized after use, everyone is distanced, and no one wanders around. The frames you select are put in a tray by the person helping you and then sanitized before being put back. Me and my partner when in to get their glasses fixed. They lost a screw and needed a new one. When we went in the lady there was super nice and fixed their glasses, and replaced the nose pads too while they were at it.

The personal one-on-one service was excellent! Everyone tells me they love my new frames! Strangers stop me in the Metro Market and tell me how much they like them! They stop me on the sidewalk while I'm walking my dog and compliment me on my choice! I didn't even pick them out but I'm glad I took the salesperson's advice! Worth every penny!
