“I can’t talk enough about how nice and friendly the staff is, and our doctor!! I visited them with my husband and daughter, we were all scheduled, and they were very patient, would explain everything (even to my little girl), and advise us. My daughter and I got the additional exam (I forgot the name, but it’s meant to be a more detailed check of eye health), and my daughter wasn’t even scared during the exam. She even told me which part she liked best, lol (the balloon!).They also have many frame choices, my daughter is ecstatic about her Little Pony glasses! And I can’t wait for mine! Even my husband who’s very picky found a very cool pair of glasses! I truly recommend them! The place is clean, organized, and everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. “The eye Drs at lakeshore eye professionals are bar none. 3 of my children have been treated for lazy eye with Dr Jay and Dr German. They communicate clearly what they are doing at all times and make the eye exam an easy process. My youngest child in glasses was only 4 when he began treatment and with his special needs with adhd and his anxiety they worked well with him. Over the years we have seen Dr German for continued care and he is patient and very calm in his practice. The once 4 year old is now 15 and we will continue care as long as our eyes need it. One of my children needed to see a retina specialist and the office worked with us to get her scheduled at that office. With insurance changes we have gone sporadically to other optometrists and ophthalmologists but the care we received elsewhere just doesn't compare to lakeshore. “I purchased a very high quality lens with all the extras and took advantage of a buy one get one offer from the manufacturer. In the end I purchase 2 sets of glasses and absolutely love them. Initially I did not take advantage of the offer and later decided to do so. They happily worked it out for me. A defect in one of the frames was cause to return and they again happily ordered me a new set of frames and installed them. I am super happy with their service and my glasses. Robin was the individual who served me and she was very patient and helped me decide on frames that are perfect for me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
