The entire staff was polite and explained everything really well. I asked if I could just used my old glasses since my prescription barely changed and she said yes. After months of trying they couldnt repair these or get the same ones (she was bummed), But they fitted her a for a new pair hassle free and she couldn’t be happier. Even though I was a little embarrassed that i had to ask so far after the purchase. He listened, made me feel comfortable about my inquiry, and replaced them with a much better fitting pair. The most important part was that he didn’t give me an attitude like I was trying to pull a fast one.
