Giving gratitude for the team at Warby Parker. My first time to Alderwood Mall, and my first time to walk into a Warby Parker. The team members shared with me about the sizing, etc. I appreciated these women for their time as well as friendly and informative customer service. I will visit a Warby Parker for my next pair of glasses.
Took my family on Dec 27 ‘23 in the evening to purchase glasses for three people. Staff were helpful, friendly and insightful. Informed of us discounts and helped us with a forgotten prescription. Overall experience was excellent.
Decided to go to Warby Parker today based òn the excellent reviews I read on their website. I give them 5 stars for their customer service, offering quality eyeglasses at affordable prices, and the total fun/safe experience from when I walked into the store to the end. With the help from the retail clerk I was able to find the right preescription reading glasses that looked good on me.
