“Kay was fantastic! She took the time to pull lots of great options for me, though I just loved the very first pair of frames she offered. At pick up - exactly a week from my first visit, just as she estimated - she once again sat down and made sure I was happy with the glasses, that they were adjusted so they won't slip, and even swapped the huge case the pair came in for one that was much more manageable in size. I am impressed with how little glare there is at night when I am driving, and both the transition and progressive features work seamlessly. The only downside was that K's Optical is out of network with my insurance. Here, again, the customer service was above-and-beyond. Kay filled out the claim form I brought (for out-of-network claims, just downloaded from my insurance's online portal), made a copy of the receipt, and put both in an addressed, stamped envelope that I was able to mail on my way out of the building! I am very happy with the look, feel, and function of this prescription eyeglass pair - more than a week in and they are fantastic, just like Kay was.“

“It was a Christmas Miracle! We were visiting from Digby, Nova Scotia and when my husband accidentally stepped on my glasses, destroying the frame and arm, days before Christmas. We thought we were doomed but decided to go to the nearest eyeglass business to see if anything could be done. The friendliest woman, who was working on her own that day, quickly assessed the situation and told us to have a seat. She miraculously fixed the frame and arm, popped the lens back in, and had us on our way within 10 minutes. Crisis averted! And the added bonus - she refused to take a dime! Be sure to treasure this woman and this business Edmonds! (While we waited, I noticed an awesome array of stylish frames to suit everyone’s taste.)“

“Exceptional service, professional, prompt and honest.I hope this review highlights the incredible culture and values this company is operating by.I bought new glasses in August of this year, the company has a 90 day return/change policy if the prescription is wrong or doesn’t fit. Unfortunately, my prescription wasn’t exactly what I needed (too strong) and I promptly lost my glasses. Since then, I lost two people to cancer, and both parents were diagnosed with dementia. Needless to say, finding my glasses fell off my priority list and I used my backup for the next 5 months.I walked in there today to finally address my prescription, and Dr. Stoebner looked at my notes and said that he issued the prescription too strong for what I need, rechecked my eyes, resubmitted a new prescription (at their cost) refunded my copay and covered the cost for lease replacement even though I was the one that didn’t come back inside the 90 day window.Dr. Stoebner said that this was his original error regardless of timing, and therefore they would “make it right for me”I never made excuses for not coming within the 90 days, I didn’t ask for any discounts -I knew I waited too long. They don’t know what I’m telling you. The staff was polite, supportive, professional and communicated everything I needed right then and there. Stand up values, professionalism, and customer service you just don’t find anymore. Cant recommend them enough. 100/100!“
