Over 17 years living in Vancouver, I’ve encountered mice invading my house and with the help of my dog found out rats (Norway and Roof Rats) are trying to breach my house. Yes, if you live in Vancouver and surrounding areas, believe me, you have these rodents in your yard. It baffles my mind, how people can just ignore this rodent issue and they live by out-of-sight-out-of-mind, even my neighbors unfortunately.

“After a very rough start with multiple employees, and not getting a good response from management, I was ready to leave the company for a different provider. Stacy Fuller Operations Manager reached out to me and discussed my concerns. Now the only time I could talk was during her off hours. Stacy talked too me for close to 40 minutes, showing understanding for my frustration and offered to come out to my house and see if she could fix my concerns. Stacy spent a little over an hour at my house looking at every crack and corner making suggestion on how to fix my spider and rodent problem. Stacy provided a list of homeowner repairs and a list of items they needed to do. She set bait stations, dusted, dewed and sprayed every area of concern. Stacy suggested I go on a monthly service instead of quarterly service until all concerns are under control.
