After my last pest company, I was not looking to get on board with another. But the ants were taunting me from my kitchen counter and garage floor. I think they knew I gave up on pest control. But here comes Insight when I was grumpy after my latest interaction with the ants. The technician came out the next day. So he did WAY more areas of my house! Inside and outside. That last company was a joke comparatively. He was polite and informative. I am already pleased. Now....I wait to see if those ants come back. Will I have the last laugh??
Noah Butner was here today and went above and beyond to ensure all was taken care of and our home was protected. He double checked in with me to confirm and added additional items to our list that he was aware of that we needed. A plus service.
Insight has wonderful service all around. They have friendly staff and products that work! I have worked with Customer Service reps over the phone, shoutout to Annmarie and Management receiving friendly and genuine customer service.We just had service from Calum. He is fantastic! He is thorough, knowledgeable and has a passion for his job, which is hard to find these days and just has a great attitude in general.
