“We brought in Pure Environmental to provide a second opinion after our first mitigation team wanted to rip out and replace our entire kitchen following a flood from our dishwasher. Thankfully, we did. PE valued the quality of our old, high-quality cabinetry and recommended saving everything possible. They cut out only the necessary damp and damaged areas and kept the rest. It was comforting to know a company would understand the craftsmanship of older homes (1926) and not replace everything simply for a higher payout.Our project manager, Paul, was superb. He worked with insurance, directed subcontractor traffic, kept us calm, and even answered a call while on family vacation. Their subcontractors are extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional. Their wood flooring expert actually explained the history of our wood floors and the approx. year they were first incorporated into the house.Overall, the Pure Environmental team provided the confidence and comfort we required. They're easy to work with, they respected our home, and are genuinely kind people.We couldn't have asked for a better crew to take care of us and the damage to our home.
