We live in a new development community that used to be a farm so we have issues with mice and wasps. Isaac, Austin and Holly have been a pleasure to communicate and work with. There is no pressure in continuing service and there is no upsell as well. They helped me catch so many mice in my crawl space and sealed up entry points.
We've worked with Campbell Natural Pest Control several times when we had rodents in our baseboards. We've always gotten ahold of someone or heard back within a couple of hours, whether we reach out by phone or email. They fit us in within a couple of days. They are thorough, professional, and nice, and they make an effort to ensure the pricing for their services and follow up are fair. Highly recommend!
Campbell Natural cares. They prioritize natural solutions and pay extra attention to the surrounding landscape/gardens to avoid impacting bees and other pollinators when deciding how to address a problem. Chemicals are always the last resort. Quality customer service and fast response. Highly recommend this company!
