I contacted this company through the Yelp app and they responded immediately. I talked to them over the phone later that day and they came out the very next afternoon and got rid of our wasp nest that was in the ground. It's completely gone and I haven't seen a single wasp now. They had great fast service!

Rob was fantastic - punctual, friendly, and professional. In our case, the first treatment reduced but didn't completely eliminate the bee activity in our bedroom wall. He came back for a second treatment cheerfully, and without questions. The bees are now gone.

It was a tricky problem. We discovered a hive 60' up an ailing ash tree that needed to be removed. The tree guys wouldn't go near it, said to let them know when the bees were gone! We got pointed to Bee Control NW. I felt like I had a team of problem solvers and get-r-done guys working with me, not just hired hands. Bill steadied the project (and the ladder), Kelly strategized it, and intrepid Rob went up the 60' extension ladder. It was a hard one, but with can-do spirit and a little imagination, they saved the day. These guys are professional, nice to work with, and very, very good!
