Ian from Pointe Pest Control provided our first home service. I was assured that their work is guaranteed and that if I had any problems, they would come back to take care of the issue. Ian was very thorough in spraying around the house and the inside and outside of our workshop in the backyard. Hopefully, we won’t see any creepy crawlers or the such to a minimum, so far, we are happy that we hired them.

Ryan was polite and efficient. He was so friendly when when I answered the door and explained what he would be doing. He even remembered to lock the gate! He's a keeper for your company

I wasn’t here when Kallie came but she sent a very detailed email with her photo about what she did on her quarterly visit. I appreciate that they don’t leave paper in the door as my former pest control company did. Pointe Pest Control sends an email about a week ahead of visits and has been consistent and solid so far (9 months with them). Our indoor spider count has been less this winter which makes me very happy.
