“The service was onetime, and was able to very good job cleaning the carpet remove 15 plus years of dirt and grime and pet related stains. Unfortunately, there were a couple of bad stains that despite the effort would not come out. Some grease nad residue from deteriorating rubber.“

“I want to start off by saying this company is very responsive and accommodating. We hired L&L Carpet Care to do our living room today ( memorial day ) which I didn't think would be available, but it was and they were even 20 minutes early! ? the carpet looks great on the surface, but I vacuumed after the carpets were fully dry, this is what it still picked up... also, the carpet feels a little gummy, like it's still dirty. I'm not sure if it was just so dirty that it needs a second treatment..? I'll be hiring them again for the rest of my house and to re-do the living room.“

“Decided to give this business a try when we had a few pet stains we couldn't get out ourselves. It was bothersome to me every time I came home; they would stick out like a sore thumb! My husband didn't think they were that noticeable, but I had to do something about it. I guess it was my OCD showing itself again :-D Anyhow, I did some Google research and decided to try Chem-dry. We have original hardwood floors under our bit of carpeting (227 square feet), and I wanted to try a company known for not drenching the carpet to clean it. The reviews I read were not only impressed with the quick dry time but also stain fighting.I called the number from the website, an 800 number. Obviously, she was not local...must have been a central customer service center. She was very pleasant, informative, and helpful. She also mentioned that first-time customers get a 25% discount on services. I set up my appointment for the following week, first thing on the morning, 8-8:30. I received a call from Rob, who worked at the local office, the day before confirming my appointment. At 8:05, Rob called me to let me know his technician, Gabe, was running late. He said Gabe would call me within 20 minutes with an ETA. Gabe called me around 9, giving me an ETA of 9:45. At this point, I'm a little irritated. I took the morning off work for this appointment, and my time is just as important as theirs. I absolutely hate waiting for contractors. I find it super inconsiderate to not be punctual. I did appreciate the heads up, but the time estimates were way off, hence one less star.When Gabe got here, he was pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions. He took measurements for my estimate, and the price was very reasonable. He said it would take about an hour, which was accurate. He did a great job, and I'm happy with the outcome. He cleaned up his materials and was very professional. I would definitely recommend this business for carpet cleaning. I just wish they could have been more punctual. I will most likely use them again in the future. Love that they don't use harsh chemicals. The house smelled like citrus when they finished cleaning.“
“Linton was absolutely incredible! Not only was he early, he texted when he was 5 minutes out. He was extremely friendly and he worked quick and efficiently! A genuine difference in our carpets when he was done and I didn’t even think they needed much of a cleaning to begin with.Will be using Linton and his company yearly now!“
