“Husky Carpet Cleaning saved the day! We were moving out of state and had scheduled a different company to clean our carpets the day before we were leaving. The day of they didn’t show up. I called Tom, the owner of Husky in a panic. He came to the rescue, showed up an hour later. He did a fantastic very thorough job on the carpets and they look almost new which is saying a lot because the carpets are 15 years old and light in color. They asked for photos of the damage, affirmed what the damage was, and how they could help. The long and short of it--I showed up in Portland with the rug, and Renaissance actually repaired it while I waited. Amazing service, and a flawless, invisible repair. I was floored by the price--less than I could have imagined. Wonderful people. They showed me around their facility, where they clean fine rugs, and I'm so impressed. “We have a weird, finicky rug that had started to fall apart at the seams. These guys were absolute wizards... Matt got in there himself and stitched the (very thick) seams by hand with a thimble. The price for all that hard work was incredibly reasonable, and he cut us a mat for underneath and had a few tricks for keeping it from pulling and causing more damage in the future. This is a group of experts who really love what they do, and it shows. Highest recommendation I can give.“
