The service was onetime, and was able to very good job cleaning the carpet remove 15 plus years of dirt and grime and pet related stains. Unfortunately, there were a couple of bad stains that despite the effort would not come out. Some grease nad residue from deteriorating rubber.
Thank you to Xtra Touch for cleaning our loveseat after our 2 cats tried to make it their new litter box. Even though I was told the lingering odor may not entirely go away I moved forward and the loveseat looks fresh and new. Time will tell about the odor but I appreciated the honesty up front. I learned they also doHome restoration ( flooding, fire, etc) in addition to their regular services.Would recommend 100%.
