Decided to give this business a try when we had a few pet stains we couldn't get out ourselves. It was bothersome to me every time I came home; they would stick out like a sore thumb! My husband didn't think they were that noticeable, but I had to do something about it. I guess it was my OCD showing itself again :-D Anyhow, I did some Google research and decided to try Chem-dry. We have original hardwood floors under our bit of carpeting (227 square feet), and I wanted to try a company known for not drenching the carpet to clean it. The reviews I read were not only impressed with the quick dry time but also stain fighting.I called the number from the website, an 800 number....read full review

The carpet was awlful...had lots of wine stains from broken bottles...they cam in and most of the stains were gone. I was soo happy and surprised! I will forever use them for .y carpet cleaning!!
