“This was my first experience, as a relatively new homeowner, in hiring a contractor. Ron surveyed the water damage in my home and verbally quoted me a price and timeline, but I never actually received a written quote, and I did not see Ron again after the first day. His crews were friendly, professional, and worked quickly. There were delays in the project, some of them being out of Ron’s control, but after initially being told the repairs would take 7 workdays, I did not foresee the project eventually taking 11 weeks. Other delays seemed to occur because it is clear there are more projects than workers these days and people are spread thin. At times it appeared difficult to get a crew scheduled, and there were multiple points during the project in which there would be a full week of no work being done on my home. I remained patient, but there were some communication difficulties as Ron can be hard to reach at times.
