Professional, sympathetic, and experienced.They sent three teams out to quickly start mitigation and get our home dried out again.They helped us feel at ease and were confident that they could solve our issue as if it was a regular occurrence.If you have the misfortune to have water damage, I can’t recommend these guys enough. Big thanks to Jesse, Chris, Mr. Lee, Brian, Mark, and Greg. Appreciate the care you took in resolving our home disaster.
PuroClean is an exceptional company with a highly communicative team of professionals. They were prompt and helpful throughout all phases of our home restoration. I would like to recognize and thank John Jones of PuroClean. He was accessible, kind and compassionate. John was always available to answer our questions and provide information regarding the project. He was excellent to work with and did a great job for us. We were able to reach John directly by phone and on the rate occasion he didn’t answer, he was quick to return the call.
