“This was my first experience, as a relatively new homeowner, in hiring a contractor. Ron surveyed the water damage in my home and verbally quoted me a price and timeline, but I never actually received a written quote, and I did not see Ron again after the first day. His crews were friendly, professional, and worked quickly. There were delays in the project, some of them being out of Ron’s control, but after initially being told the repairs would take 7 workdays, I did not foresee the project eventually taking 11 weeks. Other delays seemed to occur because it is clear there are more projects than workers these days and people are spread thin. At times it appeared difficult to get a crew scheduled, and there were multiple points during the project in which there would be a full week of no work being done on my home. I remained patient, but there were some communication difficulties as Ron can be hard to reach at times. I was satisfied with the quality of the work completed, and I will think of Ron again for any other work needing to be done on my home.Services: General repairs“

“The only people I let clean my carpets! I seriously don't know why they would have poor reviews. I have 2 dogs & a toddler. They get out puke, pee, juice & paint stains. What's more is that I have never had a rep come to my house who I was uncomfortable with while alone with my child. Very thorough. Flexible with what you want cleaned and what kind of cleaning you want. All good!“

“Caprina was great and knowledgeable. Very quick and efficient.We were disappointed to find out that our wood floors couldn't be cleaned because they had been waxed a few years ago. She called her manager and the manager quoted us $250hr (approx 4hrs) to strip the floors.Obviously we were not going to go that route, so we opted to only have our bathroom tiles cleaned ($47 job). We then find out that there is a $124 minimum cost.... she was very accommodating in cleaning our staircase to make up the difference in cost.Would have been 5 stars if we had known about the wood flooring in advance.“

This was obviously a traumatic experience with my home essentially getting gutted, but Jorge knew exactly what was going to be needed and how to work with insurance to make sure I was made whole again.I wouldn't hesitate to use Belfor and particularly ask for Jorge. He is so knowledgeable with insurance claims and what you should be covered for. I cannot express the level of gratitude I have for his help and experience.Thanks!“

They just finished a complete home remodel for me- the entire kitchen,all new flooring,all new appliances,window coverings, lighting, millwork throughout, paint, etc. Their crew demonstrated professionalism, I completely trusted them in my home, and I was really impressed with their craftsmanship. They also handled packing up and storing all of my belongings during the construction phase. “Wheeler Painting and Restoration has completed two projects for us. The first project was to cut a trench drain in the garage to direct water away from a wall and to repair the water damage to the molding and drywall. The second project was to identify the source of moisture in a storage space, which required removing a deck, repairing the source of the leak, drywall and painting.Both projects were completed efficiently, had an extremely high quality of finished product (like new), and were completed at a very reasonable cost. Both projects were also fairly complex and the project management and troubleshooting was next-level. It felt like an episode of Holmes on Homes where they were able to quickly identify the original builder's mistakes and find creative solutions to fix the problem and make the damaged area look brand new. They are experts at what they do and will be our first call in the future if we need some work done on the house.“
