“I’ve been going to Eye Consultants for a couple of years and I finally decided to get Lasik. Throughout the whole process the staff was very friendly, very professional. Shaun answered all the questions I had and replied back in a timely manner and they were very accommodating with my work schedule for my appointments.The day of my surgery the staff who did my drops was very reassuring. I am a very anxious person and I haven’t had many procedures so this was a big one and especially since it was a procedure being done on my eyes! Dr. Fillmore did my procedure and made sure I didn’t have any further questions beforehand and informed me of what was to be expected during, and after the procedure what I would see, hear, and smell. During the procedure he explained again what was going to happen before it happened. The whole team was amazing and helped ease a lot of my anxiety. I highly recommend if you’re thinking about getting Lasik!“

“One of our residents goes here and she couldn’t stop talking about how good the woman treats her. While waiting inside of the store I noticed how nice the atmosphere was here. It’s like sitting in your own home with huge amounts of hanging plants and such. Just an extremely comfortable atmosphere. The inside has a great design not stuffy like most places similar to this. The woman treated her like she was family. What a nice change to see things like that. I would be happy to be a client here with all that being said. Super nice store.“

“Everything was great until i had spent about 30 mins picking out a pair of frames. Then she told me the price. I never had to specifically ask to see frames that were covered by my insurance. A patient should be shown what is covered automatically. Why not ask the patient before the looking if that is the way the new office operates. That way neither party wastes all that time. Then had to take more time to repick another frame. That is the reason for no 5-star rating.“
