Everything was great until i had spent about 30 mins picking out a pair of frames. Then she told me the price. I never had to specifically ask to see frames that were covered by my insurance. A patient should be shown what is covered automatically. Why not ask the patient before the looking if that is the way the new office operates. That way neither party wastes all that time. Then had to take more time to repick another frame. That is the reason for no 5-star rating.

This office has been so willing to help you out. I would send my friends and family to this office. Dr. Barnhart has been so nice and she caught my dry eye disease. And knew I would need sclera contacts. She is a life saver.

Dr Barnhart has been very helpful with my vision needs since I moved over to the practice three years ago. Her and the staff are always professional, friendly, and efficient. They feature the newest testing equipment to ensure the best results. I have worn glasses and contacts for over 50 years and Vision Institute is the best experience I have ever had!
