“Went in to see if I could get a nose piece repaired on my son's glasses and Ashley was very helpful. She fixed the glasses and adjusted them so they fit perfect. Afterwards she popped the lenses out of my glasses and was able to clean the frames for me. She was great.“

“One of our residents goes here and she couldn’t stop talking about how good the woman treats her. While waiting inside of the store I noticed how nice the atmosphere was here. It’s like sitting in your own home with huge amounts of hanging plants and such. Just an extremely comfortable atmosphere. The inside has a great design not stuffy like most places similar to this. The woman treated her like she was family. What a nice change to see things like that. I would be happy to be a client here with all that being said. Super nice store.“
“Everything was great until i had spent about 30 mins picking out a pair of frames. Then she told me the price. I never had to specifically ask to see frames that were covered by my insurance. A patient should be shown what is covered automatically. Why not ask the patient before the looking if that is the way the new office operates. That way neither party wastes all that time. Then had to take more time to repick another frame. That is the reason for no 5-star rating.“
