I’ve been going to Eye Consultants for a couple of years and I finally decided to get Lasik. Throughout the whole process the staff was very friendly, very professional. Shaun answered all the questions I had and replied back in a timely manner and they were very accommodating with my work schedule for my appointments.The day of my surgery the staff who did my drops was very reassuring. I am a very anxious person and I haven’t had many procedures so this was a big one and especially since it was a procedure being done on my eyes! From the first consultation appointment to my 1 year PRK post op, the Eye Consultants team has been amazing. The staff is caring and it feels like a big ol’ family. I’m very happy to have had this experience. From not being able to drive without glasses to enjoying my new 20/15 vision! Thank you so much!

In the past I have had what were advertised as eye exams by big Spokane area HMOs. I always afterwards felt that I must have asked for something other than a complete eye exam. Now I know what a complete, thorough and professional eye exam is. I am not going anywhere other than to see Dr. Sara Edmons from here forward. Excellent staff, state-of-the-art facilities, and a great doctor. On top of it all, all of them seem to really enjoy working there and most of all ensuring I am completely satisfied. And I am!
