I know enough to be dangerous, having been in tech for decades. Still, I know when things are beyond me. I have a new work laptop, still under warranty. However, both the company and Best Buy wanted to take it for at least a week without a loaner. I can't afford that computing loss. I ordered a fan directly, replaced it, but couldn't get the tiny plug to connect. I called a couple of companies close to me to find out if they could work right away. One said no, I could only drop off. Another gave me initial info, but then didn't respond when I had the fan. These folks are a bit more expensive but were always very responsive. I'm willing to pay for professionalism. I took it over and they found the fan's connector was cheap and had partially split. They were still able to get it connected and working, saving me the cost of yet another fan. They are friendly, knowledgeable and worth the money. FYI, they've merged with another company and you'll find them as NCSi on some sites.

Laura did a phenomenal job on my daughter’s hair. I showed her a couple of photos of what I wanted and it came out beautifully! Believe me Spokane is not well equipped for Quinceañeras so it was not easy to find her but she definitely impressed me! Her hair lasted all day and all night in June weather so yeah we were happy! I went to other salons and paid for trials and they could not accomplish the “Quince look” I was wanting. Small advice … don’t waste your time or money and just come here!

This was my first time doing a structured gel mani, and I was NOT disappointed! Bianca was very professional and super friendly. She is has such keen attention to detail and is very passionate about educating people on proper nail care. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step as she was going through it. She goes above and beyond for her clients, making her own cuticle oil and choosing the best "treatment" for each individual client, based on needs; habits; and lifestyle. I would highly recommend her if you want quality nail care. Don't wait too long though, her schedule fills up fast!

I have visited twice and they have done an amazing job both times. I like that you can bring back your pedicure supplies for a $5 discount. They have great color selection and the salon feels very clean and tidy. The staff is always very friendly and I have no problem getting an appointment. They're my go-to place in Spokane, love em!

They always do a fantastic job on our nails. It can be challenging to decide on a color because they have so many. I have recommended Fancy Nails to many of my friends.

Wanted a custom memorial piece done and reached out to the shop I spoke with Nick and he was super excited to do the tattoo and quoted a great price. I had sent him an idea of the piece I wanted along with a picture of my friend I was getting it for and when I see the piece that he had drawn up I was so so so happy with it!! Nick is easy with the needle and he is very attentive to his work and his personality is a whole vibe it’s self it was like the best tattoo therapy I’ve ever had! The rest of the artists there are also super chill and friendly too. The cleanliness and vibe of the shop are on point! I most definitely will only be going to Nick for all my ink. 100% recommend!!

We are from out of town. I felt Dellar and staff were very accommodating to my entire family (including 2 toddlers). Dellar greeted us at the door with a warm welcome smile. He made me feel calm with his confidence for my two daith piercings. He was training a staff member. He was very professional yet demonstrated perfect mentorship to his apprentice. We were in an out within 5 minutes. He had both verbal and written instructions in order to take care of my piercings. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and would even have my kids get piercings here once they are older. Thank you for the hospitality Feel Good Ink and piercings :)
I worked briefly with Helena on a cover-up piece and found her to be a creative, talented, energetic, and accommodating tattoo artist. It has been a rare experience of mine to feel comfortable with asking for changes (hence, the cover-up ??♂️), but she was totally open to feedback and willing to collaborate to ensure that I was happy with the artwork.
Additionally, the shop owner, Avery, handled a complicated situation very quickly. Their care and professionalism made me feel valued as a client. Excellent customer service. As such, I would not hesitate to recommend Undead Ink to anyone looking for a new tattoo.

Montgomery Hardware referred me here to find a replacement part for my bathtub faucet. I brought in the faulty part, the young woman at the counter briefly looked at it and immediately knew where to find the replacement. Furthermore, she showed me how to replace it. They were great! They also found a BULL snake (confirmed by a snake expert who found two more bull snakes). Bull snakes eat mice and they Are not aggressive or poisonous but it told me that I should have the snake experts help me plug the holes so the mice and Bull Snakes can’t get in ! I signed up for the raptor plan to do a yearly check on the plumbing since the house is getting up there in years Great People I will give them an excellent rating! A very pleased customer! A BULL snake can bite you and their bite can hurt!

I have never used a house cleaning service before, and needed a deep cleaning done before last minute house guests arrived and couldn't take off of work to do it. Everything was easy and straightforward. There was an in person quote done with upfront pricing and details of what would be done. The communication was excellent throughout.The cleaners were on time and professional. I was expecting to have to still go behind them and do some things, but everything was done I could think of and even many details that I would have probably overlooked. This made me able to focus on the visit coming up without worrying. They definitely went beyond my expectations, and the quote was accurate. Asking around, they are more expensive than average but I have been told by others the quality of work that I got and the peace of mind is well worth the price of not having to worry. Other services don't use great products or tools. You get what you pay for. Will definitely recommend and probably use in the future.

We recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Parsons Construction and designer Tammie Ladd on a stunning project at a custom lake home on Lake Coeur d'Alene in Idaho. This exclusive area is known for its beautiful, one-of-a-kind homes, and this project was no exception—it served as the perfect showcase of what we do at Heirloom Custom Cabinetry.
The scope of work included a full home custom cabinet system featuring a kitchen, pantry, multiple bathrooms, a media room, a closet system, and one particularly tall unit that seamlessly blended into the wall. The finish of the cabinets was rift sawn white oak, and the final result was simply stunning, especially when paired with the exquisite tile work and solid surface installations.
Tammie's design was impeccable, and the build-out went smoothly thanks to Parsons Construction's professionalism and expertise. The clients were thrilled with the outcome, and we couldn't be happier with the collaboration. The entire process was a testament to what can be achieved when skilled professionals work together towards a common goal.

The crew was pleasant and professional. Any delays were due to road closures or weather. They helped me with my plan and site preparation. When they hit huge bolders for the footings, they rented a large jack hammer to break the boulders. I was kept informed at every juncture. Clean-up after construction was excellent. This is the second building I have had built by this firm. It is obvious by other post that few people have worked construction.
Using this company has been nothing but a good experience. From sitting down and deciding what colors to install all the way through the actual install. They quoted me up to a month and a half for completion but had it installed in around a month. The product is good looking and so far seems very durable. They removed a 60 year old shower that was in desperate need up an update. There were no surprise charges. What was quoted was what I paid. Also, comparing other companies, the product is superior and the warranty backs that up. I would use these guys again in the future! Thanks Bathplanet!
My Pole Barn project turned out brilliantly! Bulldog Contractors took care of EVERYTHING, and did it superbly. They took my design ideas & wishes and drew-up the plans, got the permits, then ordered and supplied everything needed..EVERYTHING. The building crew was very knowledgeable, hard working, always on-time and very easy going nice men. In the end the Pole Barn turned out vastly better than I ever expected, was completed ahead of schedule and passed all inspections without any issues! Indeed I wholeheartedly give them 5-Stars BUT " they deserve 6 !"

Love the downstairs layout very much. The kitchen with a great storage/seating island and walk-in pantry is very well designed and compliments the open concepts that are so popular these days. The attention to details paid to finishes shows to be very well done. I like the upstairs bedroom layouts too. The fan lights in the bedrooms are modern and nice. All in all, this home is very well designed and well built. It’s earned my 5 star rating.

Curt was great at communicating with us throughout the design process of our front and backyards. He patiently made changes to fit our budget and changing needs. Luke did great in overseeing the execution of the project and communicating any changes or updates. Justin, Ryan and others on the construction team were diligent and hard working and meticulous in measurements to match the plan and they made sure the retaining wall blocks were correctly placed, using a level. They did a great job with the pavers and irrigation, grass, rock mulch, trees... They are the best workers I have seen. They are careful about details, putting weed fabric on the ground before putting the rock mulch on top. When they got a bad shipment of rock mulch that came with extra dirt, they took the time to sort through the rocks and separate them from the dirt. I was touched to see so many men on their knees working to get this done. They could have been lazy and careless and just dumped the dirt-filled rocks, but they proved to have care and integrity in their work. They all had great attitudes and it was a pleasure working with them and watching the team tranform our weed-infested yard to a beautiful, usable place for our family. I highly recommend them!

IOL provided super fast estimate , removal, and stump grinding after my tree died. It was a big "eye sore" in my front yard . They also did some selective pruning on some other trees that were too tall for my landscape company to trim. The crew was super nice/ professional / fast and left absolutely NO mess! I was so impressed. IOL came highly recommended by an Arborist who did a consult on the plants in my yard. I am so glad I acted on the referral . Now my front yard looks perfect . I have been going to this place for about a decade now, and I am overwhelmed by the professionalism of the entire staff. Frankly, I have never seen another dentist that goes the extra mile like George J. Bourekis! If you must have a shot in the mouth, I recommend Mackenzay, my hygienist. Shots in the mouth are the worst for me, and she recently delivered the least painful shots ever. I also would like to mention that the cheerful and friendly office staff are absolutely first class!
Best dental care & staff Li have ever had. The staff makes you feel welcomed and like family. I had extractions & an upper dental plate. I listened intently to all their advice & f/u adjustments. Don't ignore their advice!!! I had a pain in my upper jaw making it hard to chew. Turns out it was a bone fragment & the dentist ou)Ed that sliver of a fragment out. Problem solved!!! Dr Molly & her staff were incredible. We are so thankful we chose them for our kiddos tongue & lip tie release and felt at peace being able to be with them during the procedure.
Our son has major challenges, including autism, sensory processing issues, anxiety, problems with proprioception, and low muscle tone. Plus, he HATES the dentist. And he’s big (5’8.5” at 12 years old). But he needed extensive dental work done. Knowing it would be tough, we scheduled him for general anesthesia. Although the wait was difficult (we were supposed to checkin at 10:30am, then bumped to 12:30pm, and he didn’t go back until 1:45) that really doesn’t matter compared to how the staff handled everything that came next.Walking back willingly, our son got stuck at the doorway. Then it got really tough. The staff (and especially the anesthesiologist) were AMAZING!! They were patient, understanding, flexible, creative, and listened to us and our son really well. They were also very gentle. At one point, as we were considering different options, the anesthesiologist said he was trying to consider what he would do if it was his son. That statement reflects the heart with which this team approached a very difficult and complicated situation.We have been going to KidSmile Dental for fifteen years, since before our youngest son was born. Dr Joel Blake has been caring for our kids’ teeth for years, and has worked with our son on multiple occasions. This was our first experience with Dr Ryan, and we were delighted to discover he’s gracious and patient, just like his uncle.If you have kiddos with challenges, finding a dentist can be really tough, I know. Our experience at KidSmile Dental has been excellent. We are very pleased with Drs Blake and Ryan and the staff at KidSmile Dental.
Dr Nick Wolfe is excellent!!! Never ceases to amaze me! This appt. I was tight as usual and I lay down on the table my feet hit the bottom of the table and he immediately goes right to the my tailbone and surrounding area. he spread his fingers adding pressure than went to check my feet. So crazy to me but I don't have to say a thing and he know exactly how to put my muscles, bones and ligaments back into alignment.

I've been coming here occasionally for the past few years. Tyson is always really friendly and seems to care a lot about his patients. Last year I was going through cancer treatments and he prayed with me, which meant a lot to me at the time. I recently had to go in again for some neck pain issues. I told him I was having financial trouble so I couldn't sign up for the membership but he was kind, non-judgmental and he resolved the main issue causing my pain in just two visits. Always happy to give these guys my business!

Dr. Eudy and Terry are amazing! We took our pup in out of concern that something was lodged in her nose. Dr Julia is a terrific vet who truly cares for her patients and their people! Also, it is very fairly priced. I highly recommend Mt. Empire for everything from yearly exams and vaccinations to emergencies and illnesses. She even does grooming, boarding and adoptions next door in Julia's Jungle.
The owner had such a way with my nail trim phobic dog that we recommend her to everyone! We previously had to use medications and CBD treats just to touch his feet; trimming was rarely successful. so glad we found this place!
My cat stepped in expandable foam and the cat lady there, not sure what her name is, was great help! She was able to get it all out and it didn't cost me a $200 vet bill.

Today was Nala Rose’s trial for full time day-care. I was very nervous at the beginning but was reassured by the amazing front desk crew. Upon picking her up, (with a pass!), I got to see the phenomenal layout they have the dogs in. I came in for a prenatal massage being seven months pregnant with twins. Walking into Carla’s space was very warm and welcoming. She asked if I had any areas that I really wanted to focus on anything that has been bothering me this pregnancy. She checked in about the pressure many times throughout the session as to not make me uncomfortable. She was able to prop me perfectly with the right amount of pillows and bolsters to keep me comfortable. She hit all the areas that I really needed worked on and gave me an amazing foot scrub massage at the end which was the best way to leave feeling relaxed. I highly recommend Carla to any mother to be or anyone needing some bodywork. She is such a great massage therapist that truly listens to what you need and want out of your session. Best prenatal massage I’ve had all pregnancy.
If there were more than five stars... I would give them! I was not a fan of massage when I first decided to go to Brenna. Unfortunately, I had been a car accident, my back and neck were a mess, and I needed serious help. I was living with almost constant headaches and pain... and physical therapy didn't do anything to solve it. Brenna worked with me at a level I was comfortable, always checking in on my comfort level, and I am 200% better today and that is because of her! Brenna is not only an incredibly skilled massage therapist, she has a way about her that makes you feel safe, comfortable and heard. There is truly not enough space or time to describe how much I value her care and how it has changed my life.

First time to a massage parlor. Spent 3 days traveling between different jobs & was pretty sore as can be imagined sitting in economy seats. Had a couple hours before my flight home so tried it out not knowing what to expect. Didn’t get her name but she didn’t speak much. Did a decent job on my neck & back, kinda hoped she would have used more pressure on the sore spots to work them out more but felt a lot better when I left. Will go again next time I’m passing through as those all night flights take a toll on my body.
Mark comes very recommended. I had a pulled ligament in my elbow. After a month, i thought the pain would go away, but it just got more annoying. My wife scheduled me to go se him and i was very happy I went. Mark asked me lots of questions to determine exactly what was going on. After the first visit, my elbow felt a LOT better. I went in for another visit after a week to get another massage and consultation. After that my pain went away completely. Months later, elbow feels absolutely free, no pain, and full mobility. Give them a call. Youll be happy you did.

I had moderate to severe asthma and it was really hurting my back and sides occasionally.
