North Pines Dental provides the best care I have found. The staff is excellent. Drs. Osborn and MacArthur are exceptional Dentists(all of them probably are! These are the two I have met). I had two emergencies recently. The office took care of my needs with a professionalism that made me want to refer others. North Pines is among the best dental offices in Spokane. You will keep your smile with their care!

Such a clean beautiful office, great hygienist Rosemary-no pain and still thorough, and Dr. Ken Chang is awesome, have never learned so much about my teeth in a dental exam before. Will definitely be returning

All staff are always friendly, courteous, caring. Very, very conscientious of their work and quality. I started out seeing Dr Osborne Sr and have continued with Dr Brent Osborne and his staff—-so a patient around 15-20 years. I’d never go anywhere else. These guys are the best!
