Sam came out to look at 3 plugs that stopped working, not only did he find the problem in minutes but had it fixed. This was only supposed to be to find out what was wrong and he had it fixed in a half hour. Zach came out to tune up our furnace and make sure everything was OK, he got everything done and made a couple suggestions, when we had questions he sat down and patiently explained what was needed and even got on the phone to the office and helped us line everything up, great job both of you. On top of everything going on our 4 month old puppy tried to "help" them with the job, they where very patient and kind to him, I think he wanted to go home with Sam. You guys...read full review
