I had a great experience with them! My home wasn’t warming up even though I increased the temperature on the thermostat. I also changed the air filters. At my wit’s end, I looked through reviews for a few different HVAC businesses and took a chance with Comfortable Solutions. My call was received by Randy, a very friendly voice. Since she was aware of schedules, they were able to juggle it so they saw me within an hour. I asked the two guys (one was the owner Tom) if they wouldn’t mind wearing booties and they said no problem. I’ve had other techs be grumpy when I’ve asked.
