Customer service is really helpful, quick, and it was easy to schedule an appointment. My landlord had booked a different company a while back and they were terrible and couldn’t solve the issue and THEN we worked with Alta Pest Control and they actually listened to what I was saying and resolved the issue!! We just discovered a resurgence of the pest coming back but was easily able to schedule a check in with them and I’m confident they’ll be able to help.

Alta employee, Jacob S called and said he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. I walked with him and showed him where I had some issues and asked him to please spray those areas. He was very responsive to my request and was comfortable yet professional to talk to. He had a long pole out and I asked him what he used it for, he explained that they used it to get webs off the house. I told him I had never seen anyone do this, but I had not always been home when they came. Jacob S. was very professional and courteous, thank you, Jacob S.

Super easy to work with! They let you know they are there and do their work. Pricing is decent! And if I have anything that comes up between the three months they visit, I give them a call, and they come back out! Will for sure keep doing business with them!
