“Hello Erik,You came to inspect our house about a month ago and you gave us lots of good recommendations. We are very grateful for your time and efforts.One of the things you suggested to us was to put some peanuts in each of the two crawl spaces in our attic as a way to monitor for any rat activity. That was a great idea! We did as you suggested and I'm happy to say that after checking the spaces each week for the past four weeks all the of nuts remain! “I needed some branches trimmed, including some that were interfering with high-up utility lines. I first got an estimate from a very well known Seattle tree trimming company, but it was over $3800, which seemed crazy high. A neighbor got me connected with these guys instead, and they did they whole job for less than 1/3 of the other estimate! The two-man crew had heavy equipment, and did a quality job, including cleanup. I would definitely call these guys any time I need tree work.“

“TLDR- Josh did a unbelievable job getting rid of my rat problem, even when other exterminators said it wasn't possible.

I have only the best things to say about Josh. I was totally blown away by his methods and professionalism. It has been so hard to get reliable and trustworthy services these days, and I am unbelievably grateful to Josh for solving my problem.

I had two big name exterminators come out and give me a bid. They both said because of the age of my house and the old holey mortar and brickwork, that it wouldn't be possible to keep rats out of the attic until I had all of the masonry redone.

Josh came out and spent a much longer time inspecting all of the critter entrances and then drew up a plan. He admitted the masonry would be a challenge but nothing he couldn't get handled. He patiently spent time on my house and got everything sealed and even worked with my roofing guy to get some tiles removed so he could seal up a hole under the roof tiles. This guy is the real deal, and I am sad that his level of service and expertise is an endangered species.

It's been over a year since Josh has sealed up my attic and crawlspaces, and I haven't had one instance or evidence of a return the entire time.

If you have any type of critter problem, you need to do yourself a favor and get peace of mind from a true master of his craft and call up Josh.“

“So, I had a bee issue in my front yard. My first call was to surefire (I had used them before), but they weren't available. Their message said they were short staffed & to text them my info. After a couple of hours, i called around. I wasn't happy with the (put your credit card on file & we'll charge it when we're done). The next day, Surefire texted back & apologized for being out of town. I quickly canceled my other appointment & had them come out. Drew was so excited to see the bees in my yard. Almost like an excited little boy. It's obvious he's fascinated with bees! Even though he didn't find a nest, I wasn't charged. Unbelievable!!
