We are very grateful for your time and efforts.One of the things you suggested to us was to put some peanuts in each of the two crawl spaces in our attic as a way to monitor for any rat activity. That was a great idea! We did as you suggested and I'm happy to say that after checking the spaces each week for the past four weeks all the of nuts remain! “For over four months we had been struggling to get rid of roof and Norway rats that had made their way into our house. We had caught and killed ten rats, but there were at least two more (there were multiple sightings of them in the middle of the night) and we just couldn't catch them. Maybe they had seen several of their buddies die in our traps.Over the four months we closed small openings in the attic. We trimmed tall shrubs away from the house. We closed small openings beneath and behind the kitchen cabinets and appliances with 1/4" wire mesh.Edgar from Eagle Pest Eliminators carefully looked around the entire place, including the garage, and placed fourteen traps and two outdoor rat bait boxes. Within 2 - 3 days of his first visit we caught one in the garage and one more died near one of the rat bait boxes. No more rat problem. At least for now. I highly recommend the company and Edgar has been great to work with. We've left all the traps and rat bait boxes in place and Edgar has visited two more times so we can be 100% sure the rats are gone for now.“

Subsequently proceeded to seal of the rodent highways, check traps, and monitor for an additional three weeks, all for an economical price. Thanks Nassim! Oh, and dispatcher Dana is a charm!4 Weeks later Nassim showed up each week for post eradication check-ups. (Having already being paid) What an outfit!!!! You can't go wrong with these guys.“

From the gal who answered my call to the tech who showed up at my door today, they were amazing! “Chris is a friendly, very knowledgeable about rats, and does a good job. We had a lingering rodent issue and he was able to find and block some entry points that others missed. He also took time to explain his strategy and we caught one last rat. It's been about 10 months now and we haven't seen a rat inside the crawlspace or house since (fingers crossed). Prices weren't too bad.“

“So, I had a bee issue in my front yard. My first call was to surefire (I had used them before), but they weren't available. Their message said they were short staffed & to text them my info. After a couple of hours, i called around. I wasn't happy with the (put your credit card on file & we'll charge it when we're done). The next day, Surefire texted back & apologized for being out of town. I quickly canceled my other appointment & had them come out. Drew was so excited to see the bees in my yard. Almost like an excited little boy. It's obvious he's fascinated with bees! Even though he didn't find a nest, I wasn't charged. Unbelievable!! Even their prices were a lot lower than the competitions. They were professional, kind & well worth the call. Tops in my book & top of my phone contacts!“
