Our technician Sergio is the reason we have been with terminix for 10 years, he is very thorough and careful around our home, we have not had any pest problems since he started doing our service, he always lets us know if he sees potential problems like plants too close to walls or bark up against siding.We have recommended him to family and friends and they are also happy with his service.Services: Hornet & wasp extermination

Started out strong years ago, but they slipped into overcharging. When my contract was last up, I was going to cancel. Had a sweet person in a call center promise me to cut my bill in half. Well, apparently, they kept charging me the same, and double-charging me in some months. They were supposed to come last Friday for a big indoor and outdoor inspection, but they never showed. I get corporate text responses apologizing about the no-show appointment and billing problems, but never hear from a local branch manager as promised to straighten anything out. They clearly don't value us as customers after using them for 5 years. Contract is up in February and we will be switching...read full review
