Chris is a friendly, very knowledgeable about rats, and does a good job. We had a lingering rodent issue and he was able to find and block some entry points that others missed. He also took time to explain his strategy and we caught one last rat. It's been about 10 months now and we haven't seen a rat inside the crawlspace or house since (fingers crossed). Prices weren't too bad.
They were expensive. We talked neighbors who had much bigger jobs and they paid about the same. They are certainly nice. Asked them to come back to replace additional insulation that had signs of rodents. They did it at no cost so was reassuring to see they didn't come back and ask for more money. Would have liked to have them identify the affected installation up front.
Very good first experience with Chris Myzzer's service. He quickly pinpointed the problem as a small point of entry in a crawl space. He closed that up, and since it only took him a few minutes, he waived the fee. If further problems arise, we would absolutely call him and gladly pay for his service. Chris is friendly and knows what he's doing. It is refreshing doing business with someone who efficiently resolves an issue without trying to push expensive service contracts.
