“For over four months we had been struggling to get rid of roof and Norway rats that had made their way into our house. We had caught and killed ten rats, but there were at least two more (there were multiple sightings of them in the middle of the night) and we just couldn't catch them. Maybe they had seen several of their buddies die in our traps.Over the four months we closed small openings in the attic. We trimmed tall shrubs away from the house. We closed small openings beneath and behind the kitchen cabinets and appliances with 1/4" wire mesh.Edgar from Eagle Pest Eliminators carefully looked around the entire place, including the garage, and placed fourteen traps and two outdoor rat bait boxes. Within 2 - 3 days of his first visit we caught one in the garage and one more died near one of the rat bait boxes. No more rat problem. At least for now. I highly recommend the company and Edgar has been great to work with. We've left all the traps and rat bait boxes in place and Edgar has visited two more times so we can be 100% sure the rats are gone for now.“
