We have been using Insight Pest for nearly a decade. They treat quarterly and, on the rare occasions we actually have a pest problem, they are always quick to come out and perform a re-service at no cost. I recently had a large family of sugar ants join me in my detached office, and our current tech, Fred, came out and did a full treatment to get rid of them. I like the fact that we usually keep the same tech for a while so we can develop a bit of a relationship with them and they become familiar with our house and needs!

Andrew brought my dog to the door so I could bring her inside and keep away from the pesticides. At the end he explained that the stinkbugs return to call them before the next quarterly service and they would come out again for free up to 3x.
