“DR Tydor is an excellant optometrist since she took over from my original Dr at this location. She makes sure i am heard and tell me of any changes that seem off especially with my medical conditions. She tells me of anything that i view as a quality of life like digital photos so i dont have to have my eyes dilated. Her staff is great even with all the staff changes over the years. My whole family sees Dr Tydor and we really enjoy the location. We will continue to see her as long as she is in business for the excellant care“

“My first eye exam ever, and had to be seen for severe dry eyes. I was extremely happy with the care I received! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave very clear instructions about all the testing they did. Didn't know there were so many different tests available. Dr. Otto was excellent! His advice has already made my symptoms almost completely resolve after just 4 days. The best thing, he didn't try to upsell anything! I just needed OTC reading glasses that can be found at a dollar store or somewhere.“

“The Exam with Dr. Wang was great, but I didn't like that the sales associate I had tried to recommend high-end additions to my frames. She marked up the value where if I didn't read the fine print or ask questions, I would of needlessly spent hundreds of dollars or more, though my insurance covers the bulk. Go in with a budget and don't spend more than you need, based on sales advice. Otherwise, Target Optical has some great frames.“

“I saw Kathryn Thompson for my eye exam and follow up contact fitting and she was so nice. I got there a few minutes early to my appointments and was in and out both times. The entire staff was polite and explained everything really well. I asked if I could just used my old glasses since my prescription barely changed and she said yes. I was impressed with them not trying to pressure me to buy new ones when the old ones work perfectly fine. I will definitely be coming back. She even emailed me my prescriptions so I didn't have to worry about losing the paper with it on it. Super professional.“

“The care I received at Town Center Eye care was the best I have ever received in regards to a Vision Exam. Dr. Lisa DiPietto is an amazing optometrist and is incredibly thorough in her examination. Not only that she is very gentle and loves to explain why she is doing what she is doing every step of the way. Her staff is amazingly friendly and helpful and their selection of eyewear is really diverse and stylish. Conveniently located with easy parking in the rear of the building. “My previous optometrist closed their office, so I had to find a new vision center. I had my first appointment at Binyon Oak Tree yesterday and it was a pleasurable visit. Dr. Wong was very warm and friendly to converse with. She was thorough with running tests, explained results in a clear manner and answered any questions I had.The office is located in a strip mall, and the waiting area isn't anything glamorous, but don't let that sway you away from scheduling an appointment here. Their selection of frames is somewhat small, so I'll be looking elsewhere, but I also didn't feel pressured. They're also still prioritizing hygienic Covid practices. They sanitize the frames after each person tries them on, and require that you wear a mask. I'm happy that I found a new optometrist that I'll gladly return to each year.“

Am I washing my hand properly? Why is the contact lens constantly falling out? Will I ever do this right? “Dr. Arima is a wonderful eye doctor, is efficient and explains things well. His many years of experience is obvious, and he has an endearing personality. My main purpose of reviewing is for the optician, Evan. My family has been going to MCV for many years and now I will only purchase glasses there from Evan. I make appts just so I can be assured he's there. Over the years we've had several opticians help us with selecting glasses, and while they were all nice (Jessica, who used to work there, was also great), Evan is exceptional. He knows what he's doing. He can steer you towards glasses that match your face shape, color preference, price range, and can give you an honest opinion when you're sitting with 2-5 pairs and can't decide. What I find unmatchable is his knowledge of accurately applying your insurance. As silly as that sounds, I've sat with other opticians during the pandemic years who may have over quoted me every time, so I chose not to get new glasses. I was sad when Evan left but was ecstatic when my daughter and I went for our most recent exam and saw Evan working in the optical department. Before walking in, I had told my daughter that we would probably be purchasing her glasses elsewhere so to not plan to stay after her exam. Because Evan is back, we not only got her new glasses but I finally got an updated pair that I wasn't planning on. I've even chosen my next pair of glasses I will be purchasing in the new year when my new insurance benefit renews. Evan makes finding the right pair of glasses a pleasant experience. You won't be oversold anything and he'll have them done correctly“
