“The sales rep, Chris, was very helpful and stayed in touch throughout the entire process. Crystal at their store provided much needed assistance in color and style selection of the carpet and paint. Their installers leave the space neat and clean. This is my second time using Major Brands this year. Both experiences have been only positive.“

“We had a very good experience with Flooring America. Very simple process working with Michelle to pick our carpet (and padding), and the installers worked super hard and efficiently (they did 75% of a 3-story house in a day and a half). We got 3 bids and expected Flooring America's to be the highest because their store is by U-Village (high rent), but surprisingly theirs was the lowest. A little higher was Home Depot (they were a hot mess to deal with), and higher still (nearly double!) was the quote from Seattle Style Flooring. Super satisfied customer.“

“Tony and his team refinished our kitchen floor. This was a small project that was approached like a large project. Tony made two visits before the job to be sure he understood exactly what we wanted. The job was done at a time that worked well with us. Tony responded well to messages, came to our house for the various appointments as scheduled, and the finished floor is beautiful. The cost seemed very reasonable to us. We could not be more pleased and recommend Golden Hardwood Floors enthusiastically.“

It was clear in talking with Kris that quality is his top priority, and he delivers. Kris replaced a poorly done shower that a previous homeowner did themselves. The difference is night and day. Strictly Tile is meticulous--and the end product is absolutely gorgeous. They did such a great job I'm hiring them again for a flooring project. Recommend!“

From start to finish Jim did a walk through , explained the process, what to expect, and recommended different quality products. We had a tight schedule to complete it for a family holiday. “I have been working with Mystie Peterson at Contract Furnishings Mart's Seattle (Sodo) location for several years, and don't plan on changing that anytime soon. Selecting items for a project can be overwhelming at times, but Mystie's humility and humor make the process a true delight.“

“The store staff was very helpful, giving me two generous samples and later allowing me to make a required schedule change. The installer was on time and did very good work, even returning the next day to finish a part of the job that took longer than expected. Our only complaint was that the room has had a concerning, unpleasant chemical odor weeks after the installation. Because the carpet was 100% wool, we suspect that it is some type of off-gassing from the pad.

Update: Over four months later the unpleasant odor still has not completely dissipated. I would do business again with this store but would not allow them to install the pad that they automatically selected for me.“

“Bella's Flooring knocked it out of the park! We recently swapped out the carpet in our TV/family room for a pet-friendly vinyl, and we (along with our pug posse) couldn't be happier! The new floors instantly made the space feel warmer and more inviting—plus, they somehow brighten the whole room. We even got to rearrange our furniture to create a more open, relaxing setup, which has been a game-changer for family movie nights.
