EXTREMELY SATISFIED with Consolidated Carpets' service. They went the extra mile in every facet of my experience with them in replacing my carpet and installing new LVP. Dave, Jeff, Cesar were all extremely friendly, honest, detail oriented, helpful, explanatory, professional and timely.I researched and received quotes from several other flooring/carpeting stores, but none of them came even close to the service (AND PRICES!) offered by Consolidated Carpets.Will be going back to them and referring all my friends and family to them. I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED with Consolidated Carpets' service. They went the extra mile in every facet of my experience, from walking into the showroom to the last install with them in replacing my carpet and installing new LVP. Dave, Jeff, Cesar were all extremely friendly, honest, detail oriented, helpful, explanatory, professional and timely. They even recalculated a detailed receipt that was separated between what my insurance (leak) agreed to pay for and the extra areas I was paying for out of pocket. David H. was helpful and knowledgeable in selecting a carpet and loaned us samples, which was great. Additionally, the guys he sent for installation were on time and thorough, friendly and made useful suggestions...all good.
