Their team recently redid the floors in our downstairs apartment, including replacing ancient carpet in some sticky spaces and on narrow stairs, and they did a simply fantastic job! From our first consultation to project delivery right on schedule, we had a tremendous experience. Highly recommend!

WOWxbillions! There may be less expensive places from which to purchase your flooring, although Floors Plus NW was certainly within reasonably priced peramters or you might choose to attempt do-it-yourself flooring projects, but no option comes closer to the friendly, welcoming efficient, responsive and all-around pleasing experience of going to Luis;s and Liliana’s Floors Plus Northwest store right here in West Seattle. We’ve are moving into a new condo and are doing a number of upgrades. We had very slippery stairs and were concerned about us, or our dogs, falling down them. We live close to the shop so stopped in one day and were so happy with their knowledge and selection of custom stair runner options. They came to our house within a few days to take all of the measurements, and when our rug was finished, came out the next day to install. It looks great, our installer did a great job and we’ll definitely use them again!
