“Been here twice. Fastest and most efficient urgent care I’ve ever been to over the years! X-ray, labs, etc are all in the building so you can get everything done in one place. In under an hour I was seen by a doctor, took x rays, saw my doctor again and was out.“

I have seen her several times over the last 6 years and she is always so helpful, attentive and is the most informative individual I have seen to date. She is a highly skilled, intelligent & knowledgeable medical professional & is always helpful in getting the health issue at hand resolved. She has a ton of resources to help with many illnesses that are out of her specialty. I always leave her feeling so well taken care of. I recently moved out of the area and have experienced "other" doctors & NP's & NONE can compare. “esterday I had the misfortune of having an accident while leaving the post office in Snohomish Washington. My wife and I drove to the Everett clinic in Snohomish with a bleeding knee, elbow and wrist and a dislocated finger. When we arrived, there were a number of people in the waiting room. Within five minutes we were taken in to an examining room and a doctors assistant started to clean all the wounds , check for concussion, and sent me to x-rays. When all the preliminary work was completed the Doctor came in and examined me. I was then bandaged and sent home with a bag of Medicine and bandages so I can dress my wounds at home.All of this took less in our and I was treated with incredible care and great humor. I am very grateful, especially to Brenda, the doctors assistant who comforted my wife and myself with ease while she professionally took care of a bleeding patient and nervous spouse.“

“Caught my hand on fire making breakfast, and just went to the first urgent care that was close to me and in my network. Both the assistant up front and doctor were super helpful. Worked me in even though they already had a busy day of booked appointments, and got me in and out of there quickly. Very thankful for their time! ??“

“This is a wonderful urgent care facility if you can plan a few hours in advance and make an appointment. The appointments open up at midnight the night before and then it’s a breeze going in and being helped. This isn’t really for near-emergency/short notice types of issues since appointments usually fill up and are only open late at night. Still an awesome alternative to waiting 6 hours at Everett Clinic or Emergency or waiting months for your pediatrician.“

“I felt the need to write a positive review here, as there were several negative ones; This ER was recommended to me by family, and I am SO glad I went. I checked in at 7:20 pm and was out by 9:25pm, that time included a friendly check-in, professional and friendly assessment and x-ray technician, the facility was calm and clean, and all of my needs were addressed, I would definitely recommend this ER to those needing competent, professional care in a calming environment!“

“Not sure why other people review this place badly?? I just went today and the receptionist was so kind and helped me set up my new information that I needed to add. While I was sitting in the lobby (for an appropriate amount of time since four people were ahead. Walk ins are first come first serve so idk why people are complaining. I barely had to wait.) the two older people working at the lab welcomed everyone so friendly and were joking with people and remembered the past patients. Including one elderly woman who clearly goes often. She left laughing and saying “you guys always make this so fun. Thank you.”
When I got seen the nurse was very friendly and answered all my questions nicely. I was embarrassed for what I had to go in for but the doctor made me feel like it was totally fine and to not worry. Answered all my stupid questions without making me feel stupid. I had a great experience.“
