My husband and I have been going to the Lynnwood Clinic for many years. We've had nothing but great experiences both in person and on the telephone. Their knowledge, patience, understanding is so appreciated.

If you need medical help, go somewhere else. You can't get anyone on the phone. you can never get your doctor, they are completely unresponsive to any urgent needs. They get an F from me and I have been going there for 20 yrs. Really, really bad. Ever since being taken over by the Franciscans they are a third rate organization.

Unfortunately this is a one star for me. Several months ago (June 2022), I called Virginia Mason and asked to schedule an appointment with a doctor for my annual checkup. It was going to be my first time there. They said the next available appointment would be in mid October 2022. I was willing to wait. However, the day before my appointment I noticed I received a missed call from Virginia Mason. They asked me to call back regarding my appointment (tomorrow). Since it was past business hours when I noticed the missed call, I called them back immediately the morning of my appointment.On the call, the employee could not find my name in the system and she kept asking me "Are you sure this is your last name?" and "Are you sure this is your birth date?" Finally she found my appointment and name, and it was because the person who scheduled my appointment spelled my last name incorrectly. But the biggest issue I had with my experience is she told me my doctor is leaving next month and is no longer "establishing care". I asked her what this means and she said unless it's for acute reasons, she is not willing to see me. She also questioned how I was able to get on the appointment list since the doctor wasn't accepting new patients. I told her I scheduled this appointment months ago and she was accepting new patients then. I felt the whole experience was unprofessional and messy. I was expecting to go in for an appointment today for my annual checkup (which I scheduled months ago in advance), to have it canceled the day of. I would not recommend Virginia Mason.
