19122 Beardslee Blvd #101, Bothell“I love Cut and Flow! Every time I walk in, I'm always greeted by somebody at the front desk with a warm smile. They offer Xformer and Yoga classes. Ive personally only taken 1 Xformer and a handful of yoga classes. I like that there's a variety of instructors with different styles. One thing to note is that it doesn't get hot enough in yoga to my liking- temperature also depends on each instructor. The locker area and bathroom/showers are also pristine! Cut and Flow sells grippy socks and lululemon clothes in the front. Don't forget to bring your own grippy socks to your first Xformer class, or you can purchase one at the studio. Their new client special is a great deal. One unlimited month for $99 which includes a free pair of grippy socks and free mat/towel rental. As of 9/11/24 there's also Xformer instructor in training classes which cost $15 per class! A drop in Xformer class typically cost $35.“

I was nervous about getting started because I hadn't done weight training before, but she broke it down in a way that was easy to understand, and inspired me to challenge myself in a safe way. The staff are extremely knowledgeable--I have come out of each session feeling both stronger and smarter. They answer my questions and offer suggestions with clear explanations that really help me visualize and feel when I'm doing things right. My main objective was to learn proper form for strength training. I'm amazed at how a tiny tweak to form can dramatically change which muscles I'm working, when I would never have been able to figure out for myself that I needed to make that tweak. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable and fun. And we love Stella!“

Dante and Cole are exceptional trainers and they show you how your form should be if you aren’t doing the workouts correctly. The other members I have come across are nice and friendly. It’s definitely a little community at this Bothel Everett location. I highly recommend 9Round if you want to get stronger and also punching it out. The owners are very nice and they have another location in Kirkland. Thank you for all the killer workouts.“

201 Main St #103, Edmonds“I have been seeing Cheree at Pilates Edmonds for over 12 years. When my wife first suggested I try pilates I thought it was going to be easy and a waste of time. I was wrong. Some workouts are very difficult-especially when learning how to do the exercises properly and isolating the muscles we are targeting. I wish I had training like this when I first started in sports as a young kid. I have finally learned a lot of proper techniques for stretching, building core strength (yeah, we think we have it as young athletes but do not) and most importantly for me dealing with injuries and their aftermath. Both sports and my career have lead to injuries resulting in developing ways to compensate and work around these injuries. Cheree has taught me ways to overcome these injuries both old and new. She helps me to not only continue in the sports I love but to regain some of the strength and abilities I thought I had aged out of. I view my time with Cheree as not only some of the best strength training I have ever had but also some of the best physical therapy. Without Cheree I would not be able to enjoy life and sports the way I do today.“

I have asked the leader to close the door or turn down the volume and was told to talk to the front desk. I did no relief. This has been going on for months. Other members wince at the noise.“

“First of all, the gym itself is amazing. It's huge with plenty of equipment (treadmills, stairclimbers, fake grass area for various training, class area, cardio bike room, free weight area, etc), and it's clean. I came to visit Lynnwood from Los Angeles, and I have to say that the LA Fitnesses in WA are better than the ones in LA ironically enough. I came and inquired about a week pass and Jesus was gracious enough to hook me up for free. That was such a kind gesture and a testament to their great customer service. Also, people in Lynnwood are pretty nice compared to LA people. Also, it's something people in Lynnwood probably take for granted but having free parking is so nice. In LA, you're often having to pay for parking. Anyways, in conclusion, this gym is great and so is their staff.“
