“Great place!! The best! Not only do they work on your injured area but they incorporate the entire body in the recovery. They use very innovative exercises and ensure safe but progressive recovery. I have used them twice now for complete shoulder replacements ( first failure was not their fault but was due to complications from surgery). Both times they had me recovered to a level far above expectations. They will work you, you will sweat but the end result is totally worth it. I can not recommend them enough!Greg“

There's always a good mix of people working out in the gym. Small group training allows you to get one on one attention along with motivation from others. 160 West Dayton Street, Edmonds“I just had an ashiatsu massage with Heidi, it was absolutely one of the best massages I have ever had. Ask anyone, I have issues with "feet" but this was amazing. It is deeper than a regular massage and it is a much slower pace. Would I do it again, 100%, YES.“

201 Main St #103, Edmonds“I have been seeing Cheree at Pilates Edmonds for over 12 years. When my wife first suggested I try pilates I thought it was going to be easy and a waste of time. I was wrong. Some workouts are very difficult-especially when learning how to do the exercises properly and isolating the muscles we are targeting. I wish I had training like this when I first started in sports as a young kid. I have finally learned a lot of proper techniques for stretching, building core strength (yeah, we think we have it as young athletes but do not) and most importantly for me dealing with injuries and their aftermath. Both sports and my career have lead to injuries resulting in developing ways to compensate and work around these injuries. Cheree has taught me ways to overcome these injuries both old and new. She helps me to not only continue in the sports I love but to regain some of the strength and abilities I thought I had aged out of. I view my time with Cheree as not only some of the best strength training I have ever had but also some of the best physical therapy. Without Cheree I would not be able to enjoy life and sports the way I do today.“

She's also a genuinely fun person to be around, and her positivity and humor is a joy to be around. I highly recommend Jenny and the rest of her team for any recovery needs!“

“Awesome place to work out. Was in Washington for a few months and just need a local gym to do my own stuff. If you need a trainer to help you out or just a place to show up and do your own workouts I don't think you'll find any places better than this tbh“
