I now have a specialized daily routine for my body in the way I care for my internal and external health. I feel so much better and she was able to guide me to change some habits I have had for most of my life that were no longer serving me. I highly recommend Josie if you’re interested in what Ayurveda can offer you! ❤️“

19122 Beardslee Blvd #101, Bothell“I really enjoyed this studio. My core usually never gets sore, but after trying their reformer class, I was definitely feeling it the next day or 2 after! I like the challenge of slowing down and feeling the mind muscle body connection. The trainers seem knowledgeable about how to process or modify movements if available. I also like that there’s yoga classes on the schedule and I look forward to trying those too. I’d suggest trying to book reformer classes because they can get popular and some people will eventually fall off the waitlist.“
“Tried Barre3 out as a new mom and it was such a great way to get back into moving my body. Instructors are good about offering modifications which was nice as well. Clean facilities and the lounge were a huge plus!!“

“Mid 40's and more fit than I've been in my life -- strength, body tone, and flexibility -- thanks to Knotty Yoga. I have great results attending only 2 or 3 hour-long classes each week, and have gained new physical skills that I never thought I could, e.g. rope climbing, acro, stretching, fabric, etc. Mason's a great instructor, thoroughly trained in fitness and massage, adapts classes and guidance to everyone's individual capabilities, and makes them fun and social. Classes are fast paced, varied, and strenuous, but not intensely tough or competitive. You'll get to know other regular attendees (aged 20s thru 50s), and have fun encouraging each other as you swiftly improve.“
“Absolutely love this yoga studio! The classes are challenging yet invigorating, and the staff is fantastic - very professional and supportive. I've practiced yoga for years and tried numerous studios, but Millcreek stands out for its exceptional atmosphere and quality sessions. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch yoga experience!“

The environment is SO supportive and welcoming, no matter what you look like, or how fit you are. The instructors are very encouraging and the classes are easy to follow. You’re encouraged to go at your own pace and never made to feel bad if you can’t keep up. I love the variety they offer, and the hot classes are AMAZING. They have ample lockers and the locker rooms are nice. The mat and towel rentals are nice to have. Overall, it’s been worth every penny and for the first time in my life I look forward to working out!“

5220 12th Ave NE, Seattle“I've been studying under Tara for roughly two years now, taking both weekly online classes and her monthly workshops. Even though I live far from the studio I find the drive out to see her worth it. She creates a nurturing environment in her classes, I never feel like she forced me or anyone else into an uncomfortable or dangerous position. She is very understanding of yoga anatomy and how everyone's bodies are different and have different strengths and limitations, and she is able to guide you to your edge while not pushing you past that where you might injure yourself. I always feel very safe and comfortable taking classes with her. She herself is also an active student, learning to deepen her knowledge of the asanas and other limbs of yoga. She will bring back fresh perspectives and teachings that she's gathered from her own journeys and incorporate them into our classes, so they never get stale. I love iyengar yoga because of it's emphasis on form and alignment, and use of props. I feel iyengar yoga is the best way to learn yoga without risking injuries, you will really learn the asanas here, especially under Tara's expert guidance.“

3516 Fremont Pl N suite d, Seattle“Maven is the best. I attended this studio for 2 years until I had to move and absolutely loved the challenge and peace it brought me multiple times a week. Kai is an incredible teacher who has a unique touch to his classes, he’s a great yoga instructor and his music sets the vibe every time. Each week, Kai had a new flow and always challenged certain poses and stretches. I also went to Carly’s classes and loved them as well, she is so peaceful and meditative. Will come back to this studio if I find myself in Seattle again. Love it so much and will miss it!“

You can tell that the women who take them are healthy and happy in their pregnancy. I recently learned that you don’t get that at some other established prenatal classes in the area. I recommend this yoga studio to anyone and everyone.“
