I wanted to share that my one on one Ayurveda wellness sessions with Josie have been super helpful. I now have a specialized daily routine for my body in the way I care for my internal and external health. I feel so much better and she was able to guide me to change some habits I have had for most of my life that were no longer serving me. As soon as you step foot through the door you are met with such a warm peaceful environment and energy. The crystals are personally selected and are all very unique and stunning. The sound baths take you on a personal adventure of spiritually and relaxation. Josie (the owner) also provides educational courses, reiki healing, and stone laying, assisting you with all of your spiritual needs. Josie is so inviting, friendly, open, and supportive. The stores energy is enough to create me to feel uplifting though usually I can’t help but leave with something I love.
