I've been to Verde all of 3 times now, and each time they greet me like I'm their oldest and best customer. “John and his exercise techniques have been a muscle savior for me so many times. I have a tendency to trigger back issues due to bad posture. John will skillfully guide with the right set of activation exercises for immediate and long standing relief. He also provides exercise tips to continue at home to help with pain relief and recovery.
My overall stamina, strength and fitness have also improved significantly after I started training with him, thanks to his customized workout routines. His gym is a friendly non-intimidating space and John and his team make sure to put everyone at ease. Gym time at Reed fitness center is a fun time for me and family.“

She uses a variety of exercises to get results and strengthen areas that may be injured or weak. Lynn has a wealth of information regarding exercise, health, and nutrition.“

Christine understands and teaches not only the exercises, but the recovery aspect of it also (which it turns out is just as important). “Tony has been above and beyond as a trainer and mentor. I came to Tony with your average gym-goer experience who doesn't know much about proper training or diet. Tony has been patient and an incredible coach since day 1. From the moment you talk to this man, you can see how much he loves his work and the people around him. This naturally translates to how much people love him in and outside the gym. Tony helped me lose fat while gaining muscle for my first ever bodybuilding show which I placed 4th. Then, Tony has been helping me with my bulk in which I gained around 50lb in one year while keeping my fat percentage not too high. My overall strength has gone up significantly. From only being able to bench 115lb to 225lb, squatting 135lb to 315lb, and deadlifting from 165lb to 405lb. Furthermore, Tony gives great advice and takeaways from his own personal life lessons. Overall, it is very pleasant to have Tony around as a trainer, a friend, and a mentor. I highly recommend Tony.“

“OTF Issaquah is great! I find the staff that is working at the front desk to be consistently friendly and welcoming. Like any location, the classes are fun and challenging. Lauren, Anica, Morgan and Kristina are my favorite coaches at this studio. They are friendly, familiar with the templates, good with time management, and provide helpful demonstrations with proper form and explanation.There are just a couple of things that would make this studio even better:1) Larger space. I wish it was bigger, like the studios in Mercer Island or Redmond. By half of the rowers and specifically with some stations on the floor, space can get really tight. This sometimes negatively impacts my workouts. I do my best to avoid 3G classes and also certain stations.2) A majority of the coaches here are amazing! Sometimes though you will have a coach that is not great with time management, not comfortable with the template, or mediocre at best with explaining it. I know this can be said for any studio and it’s unrealistic to expect every coach to be great. To help self-manage to this, I find the Early Intel on Reddit’s r/orangetheory super helpful!“
