“Fantastic training! After 2+ years at Orange Theory Fitness I decided to try personal training 3 times a week and it’s the best decision I could’ve made for myself! After 3 months I’ve gained muscle and shed fat and continue getting stronger. It’s slightly more expensive than OTF, but for good reason - it’s worth it! I appreciate the individual programming tailored to meet my goals, I appreciate that Shon lets me work out with a friend who also has a membership and allows one of us to sign for both of us (so great for couples!) and that we do the same workout but scaled weights for each of us. I appreciate that’s he’s tracking progress/increases and keeps the workouts fresh and challenging! This training is an investment in myself; my results physically and mentally continue to make it a hundred percent worth it!“
“Lael is an amazing personal trainer. She is extremely knowledgeable and delivers a SAFE efficient workout everytime. I leave the gym having worked very hard and feeling great. She works hard to make sure every move is safe while getting maximum results for your effort. She has a holisitic approach that takes in to consideration multiple and varied aspects of your health. “Im not gonna lie…. I was pretty out of shape when I first started here and I def had no idea what I was doing. It’s been a few months and not only have a lost quite a bit of weight, but I’ve gained so much muscle! The staff are all really fun and helpful people… I cannot say enough about this place. If you’re on the fence about trying it out, don’t be! I wish I would have signed up sooner ?“

“I love this gym. Friendly staff, regular cleaning and updating. In the last few months I watched them drain and scrub the hot tub, paint the pool area, clean the pool and fix both saunas, multiple times. The men keep putting liquid on electric coals and short circuiting it. They complain it's broken but it's their own doing. The gym does its best to keep up with it but it keeps occurring. People who go here are messy and some tend to not clean their machines after use, which is nasty. Always clean your machine before and after, just in case. Most of the people are friendly and luckily no one has cameras recording. I've never had issues getting a bench, pulley or the machine I need to use. The racks do get busy. Tons of cardio machines. Some days/times are busier than others and the pool lanes can get full. But again, people are friendly and don't mind sharing lanes. The parking lot has plenty of parking. I needed to downgrade my plan from family to just myself and they took care of it, no problem. The staff really are great.
Only complaints are that I wish others cleaned up after themselves, to include in the locker room and that thieves didn't steal from the men's lockers.“
