“I got windows installed on my 1959 single w/daylight basement and the process was well executed for the most part but I'll get to that in a minute.First I saw an ad online about getting quotes for windows so I put my info in and got a call from Sears.Scheduling an appointment was easy and for only a few days later.When the reps arrived, the first thing they did was going through and measure all the windows and this is where I think they messed up.I have 13 windows in this house if you don't count the 2 in the garage, and I only wanted 11 of them replaced with the security grade weatherbeaters so when I tried to tell them which ones I didn't want, all they did was try to cross out stuff on the note pad instead of starting with a clean sheet cause I didn't realize it would matter at the time but when the windows showed up they brought me 12 and apparently was charged for 12 to.The installers were very knowledgeable and professional and they got the whole job done fast and were out of my hair by 3pm.I just had them put the extra window in the garage and now I'm in the process of finding out if I can get some money back for the extra window since not only did they not installed it but I didn't want it to begin with.However, I am planning on adding onto the house and would need a window in the addition so since they made the window custom for me and If I can't get all my money back for it then at least I can still use it but I'm also curious if they'll come back and install it for me in case I need to take advantage of the warranty.“

“I drive a Chevy Tahoe with a factory spotlight on the A pillar. I first went to a well advertised competitor who would not touch the windshield without me removing the spotlight. I took it to the dealer who recommended a emergency vehicle specialist company who referred me to South Tacoma Glass. STG assured me that no spotlight removal was necessary. Set up an appointment and arrived for a 3-4 hour replacement procedure primarily due to the recalibration of the lane departure sensor, the rain sensor and the headlight sensor. They immediately started on the Tahoe and within 1.5 hours, was told the job was finished. Not only did it not take 3-4 hours, but it was over $300 cheaper than their competitor. “We had the whole house resided. Actually they did a beautiful job. The guys installing it paid so much attention to detail. They trimmed things we didn't think to ask about, just did it! We were concerned at first with the communications with Chris. But in the end, things were just fine, because we realized that he doesn't micromanage the installers. They know what they are doing and do it well. They left our yard clean each day they finished. When job was complete, you'd swear nobody was even here. All trash was picked up the next day or two. Chris may seem a bit aloof, but honestly, he's a good guy. In fact we are having him come back to paint fascia/roof trim that can't be replaced with new trim because it is structural. This is the one thing you need to be aware of and ask when you get abid done, what areas can't be replaced? Karen & Allen D“

“I got a phone call for a free no obligation roofing estimate and like everybody else, i was skeptical about it. Jedidah and Jason show up right on time, explain very clear to me what they would do, respect my time, my space, took pictures and was super quiet because my kids were taking a nap. After all, they let me know my roof just need cleaning but I still have couple more years to go and even suggest what I should do to proper maintain my roof for longer use.
