“I have been seeing Cheree at Pilates Edmonds for over 12 years. When my wife first suggested I try pilates I thought it was going to be easy and a waste of time. I was wrong. Some workouts are very difficult-especially when learning how to do the exercises properly and isolating the muscles we are targeting. I wish I had training like this when I first started in sports as a young kid. I have finally learned a lot of proper techniques for stretching, building core strength (yeah, we think we have it as young athletes but do not) and most importantly for me dealing with injuries and their aftermath. Both sports and my career have lead to injuries resulting in developing ways to compensate and work around these injuries. Cheree has taught me ways to overcome these injuries both old and new. She helps me to not only continue in the sports I love but to regain some of the strength and abilities I thought I had aged out of. I view my time with Cheree as not only some of the best strength training I have ever had but also some of the best physical therapy. Without Cheree I would not be able to enjoy life and sports the way I do today.“

“My daughter and I have done 3 semiprivate sessions so far and we couldn't be happier about the experience. The staff are extremely knowledgeable--I have come out of each session feeling both stronger and smarter. They answer my questions and offer suggestions with clear explanations that really help me visualize and feel when I'm doing things right. I've been lifting and exercising for over 20years, but after labrum surgery and various leg injuries I was struggling to progress on my own without re-injuring myself. He developed weight resistance and aerobic routines I could do at home with my limited equipment, and feel no restrictions anymore to meeting my fitness goals. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for that little extra push when it comes to working out. **Side Note** I bought shape wear for my wedding dress, and thanks to Bob I didn't need the additional shape. I recently had a 1-on-1 coaching session with her to work on my form for the main barbell lifts, since I've been lifting for several years but had hit a wall with my strength gains. Annie's knowledgeable (I had tons of questions), professional (her goals/skills assessment process and gym environment are well thought-out), and encouraging (inspired confidence to help me hustle out those last hard reps). All that good stuff aside, she's also just plain fun to chat with. “First of all, the gym itself is amazing. It's huge with plenty of equipment (treadmills, stairclimbers, fake grass area for various training, class area, cardio bike room, free weight area, etc), and it's clean. I came to visit Lynnwood from Los Angeles, and I have to say that the LA Fitnesses in WA are better than the ones in LA ironically enough. I came and inquired about a week pass and Jesus was gracious enough to hook me up for free. That was such a kind gesture and a testament to their great customer service. Also, people in Lynnwood are pretty nice compared to LA people. Also, it's something people in Lynnwood probably take for granted but having free parking is so nice. In LA, you're often having to pay for parking. Anyways, in conclusion, this gym is great and so is their staff.“
