“Greenwood heating serviced our two-year-old heat pump that heats and cools our old Seattle home. Luke Yandell was friendly, cheerful, and interesting to talk to about heat pumps, dogs, and kids. He was focused on his task and very knowledgeable about Installation and maintenance of heat pumps. I had a ton of questions because our installers didn’t leave us with much information. “My ductless system stopped working during the week or so of really cold weather. Absolute Heating sent someone out, figured out the problem, and ordered the part that day. They let us borrow space heaters so we wouldn’t freeze while we waited for the part to come in. Once the part came in, they sent someone that day and repaired it quickly. They were professional and explained everything thoroughly. They stand by their work and are an honest family-owned local company. I would recommend them to anyone! They have a customer for life!“

“Verry Impressed! Outstanding customer service. My in-laws had a problem with the furnace and the service technician found the problem quickly. After replacing a part, a problem occurred, and the service technician spent a couple of hours troubleshooting the problem. After some time, it was found that the new part was defective. The Service technician resolved the issue and explained what happened. Even after working a few hours the service technician only charged the original amount and no extra for time spent resolving the issue. Not every company would admit that the problem was a faulty part that they replaced. Some might say that they fixed the problem and charge for all of the hours and perhaps more. It's nice to see an honest company that puts the customers first! Sadly, it's not always the case these days. As many know the service industry is not the best these days. Companies have high overhead and regulations to follow and that makes some put the cost to the customer. The cost was as better than expected given how services have become very costly over the last few years. We give this company 5 stars as they earned it!“

“We've had Vashon Heating and Cooling maintain the propane stove that's been our only heating source for 17 years. And we had them work on our previous house for years before that. Their technicians are always on time, skilled, and efficient. When it came time to install a whole-house, forced-air heat pump system, there wasn't a question of who we'd hire. We wanted a local company we could trust to do good work and not to cut corners and that'd be around for after-installation maintenance. They completed the installation a day earlier than promised and have provided the local, after-installation support we've come to expect from them. “Called Thursday and spoke to Ed. Indicated I lost power in our detached garage. Something was tripping the breaker and I couldn't figure out. I asked if there was initial charge for them to come out and provide estimate and he said No and who does that he exclaimed!!! Now that's unheard of. Ed came by the next day and he introduced himself as the owner. Ed was very pleasant, took a quick peek of the issue and explained the process. There was no pressure. I recommend this company.“
